Returns and Exchanges Policy
At ClearBags, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every packaging solution. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 60 days for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original shipping box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the Items
Send your return to our distribution center using your preferred carrier; we recommend using a trackable shipping method for security.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
